W 1920 otwarto nową siedzibę w Nowym Jorku; od 1992 firma zaczęła działać w Wielkiej Brytanii; w 1996 Little, Brown and Company połączyło się z Warner Books w Time Warner Trade Publishing, które od 2002 jako Time Warner Book Group w 2006 stało się częścią Hachette Book Group USA.
